Our timeline

 
  • Depending on the speed of council approval we hope to receive full planning consent within 6-12 months and be complete before the end of 2023.

  • The restoration work to the main building, the installation of the glass facade and the structural work needed to enable operators to get started on fit out. Tenants will be supplied with a first fix shell to be able to create their own bespoke fit out and design.

  • Our anchor tenants will be encouraged to get their build work underway and fit outs complete within a maximum timeframe of 4 months, from signing of the lease.

  • Once anchor tenants are built we will co-ordinate a joint launch of the whole building and the key businesses.
